- Confidentiality:

- Liability:
- Clients understand that participation in activities or exercises is voluntary and at their own risk.
- Infinite Rainbows Mindfulness Consulting is not liable for any injury or discomfort resulting from the implementation of suggested strategies or exercises.
- Professional Conduct:
- Clients agree to maintain respectful and professional conduct during sessions.
- Infinite Rainbows Mindfulness Consulting reserves the right to terminate services if inappropriate behavior is exhibited.
- Communication:
- Clients are encouraged to communicate openly about their needs and concerns.
- Infinite Rainbows Mindfulness Consulting commits to providing clear and timely communication.
- Termination of Services:
- Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.
- Infinite Rainbows Mindfulness Consulting reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-compliance with these terms.
By engaging in services with Infinite Rainbows Mindfulness Consulting, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Amendments or changes will be communicated in writing with reasonable notice.
Return and Refund Policy
- Digital Courses:
- All sales of digital courses are final.
- No refunds will be issued once access to the course content has been granted.
- In exceptional cases, where technical issues prevent access, a refund or credit may be considered upon thorough verification.
- Coloring Books (Digital Downloads):
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of coloring books are final.
- Refunds will not be provided for purchases made in error or change of mind.
- Quality Concerns:
- If there are issues with the quality or functionality of the digital product, please contact customer support within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis after an assessment of the reported issues.
- Unauthorized Distribution:
